I've tried the Freebird flex pro & Groomie baldie pro. Freebird is very comfortable but doesn't cut as low. Groomie was a great shave, a bit rough on scalp but a smooth finish. Unfortunately it died in less than 3 months and Groomie DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY IF YOU DIDNT BUY DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE! (I bought from amazon, groomie was the seller) and for that I refuse to support them further. I was all ready to buy a Pitbull gold when I came across this shaver, its fairly new so barely any reviews. I decided to try it out for 2 reasons..Brand recognition and warranty! (plus I have total tech, so 3 reasons) Now to why you're here, about a month owned now, 10-12 full head shaves in, ...this shaver is amazing! Wet or dry it's a super comfortable shave with a smooth finish, nice and low. Very minimal "sandpaper feel" Easy to clean, blades easy to replace. We all know nothing beats a razor shave but this is darn close. I find wet shave to have the absolute best results, which is my preferred way to shave anyway. The only complaint (not really) is it's a bit on the bulky side compared to others but the flip side to that is this design allows for different grips, pitbull 2 finger style or body grip, Both feel great. The shave quality plus the warranty piece of mind(5 years!), I highly recommend this shaver.

I recently purchased this head shaver and have used it a few times. It delivers an impressively smooth, close shave and performs much better than my previous shaving machine. The battery charges quickly and lasts through multiple shaving sessions. This is a good shaver previously had a pitbull i lost. However after purchasing this one. I think its an even closer shave and performs way better. Quiter and quicker to cover entire scalp.
