I've been using the Philips Sonicare 6500 for a few weeks, and I'm really happy with it. It leaves my teeth feeling noticeably cleaner than a manual toothbrush, and the gentle vibrations make brushing comfortable without irritating my gums. I had a less expensive electric toothbrush before and could understand why anyone would pay more . Now I understand. The vibration is more intense but a little more gentle. Comes with two heads and a travel case
