this is my third Sonicare and it is the best one yet. 3 different intensity levels is a nice feature as you can work your way up over a short period of time. I typically get about 6 years out of one. Worth every penny, Highly recommend going with a Sonicare even if it isn't this top of the line model. if I had kids I would get them to use one of these right away as I am positive it would do a better job than they would do and might find it fun to use.. Cheaper than having a couple of cavities filled!

The packaging for the box was a bit damaged though the shipping box wasn’t. Item works great.
