Pink Floyd at their best

The 50th anniversary of Wish you were here is the highest quality sound I’ve heard since the original release. This three record set is worth owning for that reason alone. The bonus material included here is truly worthwhile, especially if you’ve never heard “Wish you were here” featuring Stephane Grappelli on violin alongside of “Wine glasses” and the alternate version of “Have a cigar” all taking up side C. The other bonus highlight is “Shine on you crazy diamond” parts 1 through 9 edited together as one continuous piece of music for the first time.

Some of the versions are not perfect but they are still very good. This is more for a collector or serious follower than a casual fan.
