I have and use two earlier versions - the first an internal board and the second an USB based system. While both worked, they were at times very difficult to complete tasks without stopping midstream or using other software to complete the task at hand. Thus far, I have only encountered one problem with the current software/hardware combination. It does not reliably function when tasked to create disks directly from a project. It will work if you create an image file first and then write the DVD, manually doing what the software is supposed to do as a combined task.

Works well. But having issues with the sound lagging behind the video. Trying to fix it, hopefully it will work

Got this product during a deal of a day. Ship fast and once i received it i realize i needed a cd rom drive on my laptop. I contacted their customer service to ask if i can receive a digital company and they responded within 24 hours with a digital copy to download. Software is easy to use and was able to record all my childhood VHS tapes. All You will need is a VCR which connects directly to your computer. Awesome product. Highly recommend

Sometimes I can download a movie and sometimes it won't work. When I try to export to a DVD it won't work at all. I paid a technician to come over and he could not make it work either.

I bought this item but it didn’t serve the purpose I bought it for.

Bought this product in November 2017. Installed on my windows 10 dell 2 in 1. When trying to capture video, preview screen is black and no sound captured with the pinnacle software. Went to all the troubleshooting steps that were on pinnacles website to no avail. Called Corel’s Technical Support who worked with me for over a month. I went through level 2 tech-support and they could do nothing. They said they would bump me up to the next tech level, but have heard nothing from them for over three weeks. Gave up on them and installed the software and device on a windows 7 computer and it works fine. Though some windows 10 users have gotten the software to work, others have not, so beware.

I got this device to transfer home-made videos from my relatives from Europe (PAL). It is simple to setup, included software is easy to use and gets the job one. Years ago I used to have ATI's All in wonder video card, it required a fair amount of work to set everything up, not with this USB device, I love it!

This product would not install. I called customer support and it took 2 days to hear from them. I would not purchasese from them again
