A: Just picked mine up, install next week. They charged $17 for brackets and $17 for wiring harness plus a $5 materials fees.
Q: Why do my settings not save after I turn my car on again it resets the radio
A: If you installed it yourself, perhaps it may be miswired. Your radio relies on constant power from your car to save settings. It’s like when you plug in your coffee maker. If you turn it off, it saves your settings because you’re still plugged in. If you disconnect it and plug it back in, you lose your settings. Try checking your wiring. Had mine installed by geek squad. If yours was too, take it in and have it checked out. They’re really good about standing behind their labor.
A: There is a VERY small reset button on the front face of the unit. Lower right hand corner. press that!
A: I haven’t had one problem and I’ve had mine for a few months now. Also, the whole paying half price on Amazon so it wasn’t worth letting Best Buy install it is idiotic. Best Buy price matched all of my necessary install equipment and were done in less than a hour. The difference being mine is still working flawlessly and the other guy....not so much.

Q: Is this fits to Toyota Corolla 2004?
A: If you go to the Best Buy website you can put in the type of car it will be compatible with. Before you check out it there is a place to check that information. We put it in our daughters 2010 Huyundai, and we also ordered the DIN installation kit (face plate so it fits correctly) , the Y antenna adapter, and the wiring harness adapter that was recommended for our specific vehicle when we purchased ( About $50 extra on top of the price of the stereo for all three). We did have Best Buy install as it came with free installation at the time we purchased this produce December 2018 and the installer said it was good I ordered the recommended items.
A: Yes they install, but beware. I had an installation estimate from 2 different Best Buy’s that were within $2.00 of each other. After the tech had my vehicle torn apart he told me the estimate was wrong and it would cost an additional $49.99 because the estimate was wrong. Not happy about that but I was happy with the installation. Estimates should only be made by techs and not salespeople.
