We purchased PitBoss Ultimate Outdoor 4-Burner Griddle. We love this griddle and had been using this every week to cook and make breakfast. We operate at medium heat and the ceramic cooktop does not stick. We purchased the Pitboss Utensil set and works great. We use this griddle to make Japanese style Teppanyaki dinners for large number of guests. We have this griddle for 3 months now and love it. The best buy delivery was outstanding and they even helped in opening the package to make sure that nothing is damaged or scatched. Very satisfied customer and recommend Pitboss Griddle to everyone. We love the Best Buy service so much, we purchased six more appliances from them. Great people, Great deals and Great Service. Five Stars!!!

Unbelievably capable and useable. I bought this after much agonizing between this and a large Blackstone. The non stick coating was the kicker for me. I’ve used it 4-5 times a week since. It gets perceivably hotter than the blackstone so be aware that you may need to get used to that. The ceramic coating makes cleanup a breeze, there’s no seasoning or break in time, and the hinged lid is so handy to just pull down in case of wind or needing to really add some heat. Downside is that you CAN NOT use metal utensils on this griddle. Pitboss and Blackstone both make sets of plastic spatulas that work great and won’t harm the ceramic coating. The cart is sturdy and the lift-off capability is really cool (though the top weighs 90lbs, so be prepared for a workout).

This thing is amazing. But you have to make sure you take care of it. No metal can be used on the non stick top, buy special non metal griddle utensils. Don’t be lazy its super easy to clean when you are done cooking. Cooks amazing food, fantastic when you are cooking for a large family. I highly recommend.

Flippin’ amazing! At first, my fiancé was grilled on sticking with a traditional setup, but I turned up the heat and convinced him to try this versatile wonder—and now he’s smokin’ with joy! This grill has raised the steaks in our kitchen game. We’ve cooked everything from burgers to breakfast and can almost make the whole meal in one spot—talk about a grill power move! Our top favorite so far? Fried rice! That’s right, wok this way because that’s not something you can whip up on your average grill. It’s a total flame changer. If you’re on the fence, just meat me here: absolutely recommend!

I have used a Blackstone and now the Pitboss. The Ultimate Pitboss is superior on cleaning. I'm very happy my wife purchased the Ultimate Pitboss over the Blackstone.

Best purchase ever. Nothing beats being able to.cook steak and spinach outside on the same grill. Oh and eggs and bacon the next morning.

My wife and I have cooked tacos, burgers and breakfast burritos on it so far. It heats up fast, and cleans even faster. Just like the add, wipe it off with a paper towel. The ceramic coating is awesome. “Do not use metal spatulas “ trust me, they will scratch the coating. Overall, this is way better than my blackstone. Very happy with the quality and ease of use.

Best griddle in the market If your a real bosss You need a pit boss

Flat top is great but I had a problem with the welds on the side shelf. Out of the box it came broken so i contacted pit boss and was told they can't ship a shelf because they're known to break. Not sure how great a two year warranty is if they won't fix something that shipped broken.

Fantastic griddle! It’s not a hard assembly and the cook on it is absolutely perfect. You don’t have to worry about seasoning it and cleaning it after cooking is a breeze. Definitely go get yourself one for the backyard cause you won’t regret it!

love my griddle. i cook everything on it hibachi rice, steak, fish, chicken. Ceramic top still looks like new and I'm on my 2nd bottle of gas

Absolutely love this thing! Getting up in the morning and making breakfast for the family has never been so easy.

I bought this griddle in August, and I'm starting to regret not just getting a traditional stainless steel surface. The ceramic is either stripping or food is baked on permanently, which all started happening with the second cook. I bought all the pit boss ceramic safe grill tools and cleaner, so I know it's not from physical damaging the surface. It's nice to cook on and has expanded what I cook, but I'm not impressed with this cermaic surface.

Door came preinstalled and crooked. No way for adjustments. On my 3rd use the propane connection had a bad leak. Grill works great but manufacturing is mid.
