I’ve been buying Pitaka cases for years and this case is similar to original one I bought in 2017. The grip is a little bit different than the specialty case I have called Over the Horizon but it’s still good. The black/gray is more of an inconspicuous theme but these cases usually protect the phone very well and are resistant to drops too. I’ve dropped my phone with the Over The Horizon case on it and it protected it but the case had some gashes on it but I filed it down and everything is all good. I’d recommend the cases to anyone who wants a minimalist case that doesn’t add bulk to your pocket. They have a great a customer service department and are very helpful with me and I’m sure they be for everyone else too.
