The polarizer works as needed but adds slightly more vignette than I would prefer in a photo. Very noticeable in sky photos, or sunset pictures I’ve taken. Overall I think it’s a quality product and is worth the money. But if you’re looking for top shelf quality you’ll have to pay top shelf price. I bought this lens after damaging my lens and I didn’t have time to order one before a trip to the beach.

Love the look of my pictures with this filter. Depending on the lighting, I can get some nice popping pictures.

I recently took a tour to Denver Colorado, and had this fitted on my D7100 + Nukon 18-70 MM lens. with the polarizer on I got some amazing results on the cloudscapes, really worth investing. However I felt the colors sometimes look little out of natural. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend

They sent me a filter that was already used. The edges were really dusty and also the black color on the ring was gone.

A lot of 'pros' on-line claim that polarizers really don't work...I beg to differ. I certainly see a difference in color...better managed color on my Canon EOS 70D. I have purchased [2] for two of my primes (Canon 50mm AF EF f/1.8 vII and my Meiki 85mm AF f/1.8 [67mm]). [HOT TIP]: I wouldn't stack a polarizer on-top of an already existing UV filter...I would use the polarizer by itself. Additionally, these filters help to protect lenses from humidity moisture...as I've experienced in damp Florida weather...so filters do serve some purpose regardless.

Purchased this circular polarizer lens filter for a recent trip to shoot wildlife photography in Africa. I used it with a Nikon 18-300 zoom lens and got fantastic shots in the bright sunlight. During dusk and early morning I of course removed it. On my previous safari I did not use a polarized lens... and I can clearly tell the improved quality of photos requiring less editing by using this filter. Well worth the addition to my camera lens collection.

Bought this Polarizer Lens Filter to enhance the colors of my outdoor photos of birds, landscapes, etc. I didn't think about the "polarizer" would make my photos a bit darker if I don't change my f/ stop. Sometimes my camera, a Nikon D5500 can't go down the extra stop without changing the shutter speed. When that happens, I will generally have to shoot in the manual mode, not the auto mode. At times, my photos do come out a bit dark if I forget to change the filter to a lighter setting.

I was looking for an inexpensive polarizing filter. I'd have probably purchased a more expensive one if it was available. I know that inexpensive filters don't review as well as better quality glass. Having said that, I used it on a recent cruise and it did a nice job of killing the reflections in the water. I'm happy with the purchase.

I run this on an RF 85mm and use to take automotive photography and landscapes and it works really well! Makes shooting automotive photography in the day more do-able and creates a way better image! Also easy to install and use when attached

Got this as it was recommended by the best buy camera guy for car photography. The polarizing element reduces glare and reflections to some extent making editing much easier. Item has a very premium feel, the ring is solid metal and the glass is clean and weighty. Havent noticed any degradation of image quality when using this filter, which is awesome.

I read reviews and did comparisons on this polarizer vs the polar pro version. I honestly couldn’t justify paying 3 times more for an item that does exactly the same thing. Save yourself some money and time. Get this polarizer. It works exactly as described.

This is a go to for all my lenses when I know that I’m going to be shooting portraits. This is like having sunglasses for your camera are use this on my Tamron 45 mm 1.4 and it does amazing amazing photos at the price you can’t beat it because others in the same range cost almost double so I always go and grab these from Best Buy for all of my lenses

A must to cut down on glare and tone down bright spots in compositions. Circular polarizers allow for adjusting the filter to the source. Good product. Essential in bright and harsh lighting situations especially with water in the image.

I bought this filter to use when I'm taking pictures on the water. I was able to adjust the filter to reduce the glare so the pictures look better. I was worried about using a cheaper filter on a high end Canon lens, but the picture quality didn't suffer. I ended up buying a polarizer filter for all my lenses.

I needed a polarizer for a new lens the day before leaving town and I was pleased that Best Buy had this in my local store to purchase on the spot. I've bought cheaper ones online before, but this seems like a quality product and I believe it will last a long time. It worked very well on my trip to Italy and I'm go glad I had it for those gorgeous landscape photos.

the Platinum Polarizing filter is a must for all photographers. The filter is small (thin) lightweight and gives a clear image while rotating the lens to polarize the lighting. Price is right-on and cheaper than other bigger, heavier polarizers. Get one for every lens in your bag or backpack!
