A very good as well as very helpful small yet integrally-imperatively-key(board-centric) hardware device which exceptionally excellently does always effectively connect my Microsoft keyboard to my MacBook Pro, plus, I was able, gratefully so, via standard exceptionally excellent BestBuy Blue Shirt sales assistance, to purchase it as significantly discounted. Thank you very much BestBuy; I don’t and won’t shop for all my electronics needs anywhere else, ever!

I was surprised at the good quality of this adapter and the speedy delivery. Works great on my Dell XPS and my husband’s MacBook.

Works fine for allowing another type A usb connection via the type C port on newer laptops. This can be very useful, especially for new laptops with only one type A port; with this device I now have two, (ports on both sides of the laptop now). It also gave me another port on the front of a desktop computer. This device has tight ports, so it does not slip and fall out. It also has metal wraps over the plastic ports which should make it more durable and last longer. I bought a second one to use with a friend's iPad, which I hope to try soon. I think this device will prove useful there, as well.

This is a godsend when you upgrade to a new computer with only USB Type C adapters and have your data, pictures, old taxes etc. all on an older USB stick drive. Very satisfied - got two in case I do the unforgivable and lose one.

I'd actually rate this product 4.5 stars. The item looks to be pretty good quality with the braided cable. The length is perfect for me, being not too short or too long. I subtract half a star though, since I find it a bit weird that the box isn't sealed. The package is designed to slide the item out of the bottom of the box and there's no seal on the slide. The item looks brand new though so only half a star subtraction.

Got this for the car. My old car had the wall plug connector but this car that is newer doesn’t have one which is weird and now has that new plug I believe it’s the C one not sure but had to go out and buy this thing since my son uses his iPad at times and has to charge it in there when we’re out and about but worked great. Now I don’t have to borrow him mines if we both need one

There are smaller, cord-free, dongle like versions of this type of adapter. But, I purchased this because those ones are so small that they are incredibly easy to lose. Hence, I lost the last one. So... this being a bit longer makes it perfect for my use case (connecting a MIDI keyboard to a MacBook Air) where connecting and disconnecting by kids can cause small things to disappear.

I purchased two of these for work, wish I could say how much I like them, but they were quickly scooped up by a couple of coworkers. I can confirm that they seemed of great quality and there have been no complaints from the ones using them.

This USB Type-C-to USB Adapter has been a good purchase to use for my laptop. I choose this one over the original apple branded one due to its price and it's exact same functionality. It works well and has a very great built quality. I would recommend it for anyone that want's to save some money.

I have other USB-C dongles for my MacBook Pro with USB-C in, PD, HDMI, even Ethernet, but adding this simpler one gave me a quick way to add a port in order to, say, copy from one external drive to another. Worked flawlessly. Got it for a great price.

Great Adapter, handy to have when you are traveling or need to connect items to your computer especially since new computers and other devices are using the new Type C connections and less USB Connections. Highly recommend purchasing this Adapter.

This is an excellent alternative to Apple equivalent and has a braided cable. This was priced very nicely, but would recommend even at regular price.

I havent actually had the chance to use it yet, but it's exactly what i needed and at a very good price. I'll update if it doesn't work or something, but as of right now, I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Excellent product easy to use and very fast when transfering pictures from my phone.

This was cheap enough and was a nice addition for the IPad... You can use this to easily plug in an SD card reader, a USB drive, or a USB to whatever cable... Nice to have just in case....

High quality cable. You will need this for transferring photos,music, files etc. from usb type A cables to usb c cabled products.

I bought it for my laptop which had only one regular USB connection and one usb type C connector. I use the regular USB for my mouse connector and the Type C for the adapter so I can connect my other regular USB devices like the my flash drive

Works just as well as the tree-fruit brand, at a fraction of the price. Great to have in the laptop bag since the tree-fruit laptops are scarce and lacking in the ports we use in the real world.

This is great if you have some USB and want to see it on your phone. You can literally open or transfer anything to your phone. Pictures, movies, music or any file. I would recommend this to a friend or stranger. Lol
