I bought the Plaud AI recorder in February, and it has genuinely exceeded my expectations. What first attracted me was the sleek design and simplicity—but what truly impressed me was the performance. I recently tested it in a large stadium setting, where voices were distant and the environment was noisy. To my surprise, the recorder still captured the words clearly. When I checked the transcription later, it had picked up the conversation remarkably well, even from a distance. The AI summaries are another standout feature. Instead of listening to long recordings, the app organizes everything into clear notes and key takeaways. It saves an incredible amount of time and makes the recordings actually useful. The device is lightweight, discreet, and the battery life has been very reliable. Everything—from recording to transcription to summaries—works smoothly. What I appreciate most is that it removes the stress of missing details. Whether it’s meetings, conversations, or ideas on the go, I know it’s all captured. After using it for a few months now, I can confidently say this is one of the smartest and most practical gadgets I’ve purchased in a long time. Highly recommended

Used the device daily. It worked great. Pairs for subscription. Placed it down on the table for a meeting picked it up went to transfer data and charge. Noticed I couldn’t see screen. Then I noticed crack. Tried to get total tech tech to exchange. I was told total tech doesn’t cover “accessories”. How is this an accessory? Will never buy again even Plauds company wouldn’t assist .

The device works well. It captures audio clearly. If you plan on using it routinely, get ready for a subscription fee. I paid for the device. It basically gives you “trial usage” parameters. I returned the device to vote with my wallet against subscriptions for devices like these.

I have the Plaud pin, decided to also get the note pro. It hold a charge for a long time. I only charge once a week or so. Works great and the app with all the templates is a real plus too.
