A friend showed me how they use Plaud, and I was shocked at the sound quality in a noisy room. The workflow of generating a transcript and then deleting a template is also seamless. The hardest part is finding a template you like or generating your own. But once you lock in what you want from the notes, you'll never need to write notes again. One really interesting one is the Power Dynamics template that analyzes each speaker’s role in the meeting. I wish this tech would have existed when I was in college. There would be no reason to handwrite notes. Yes, there is a subscription for more minutes, but the standard plan covers 20 hours a month. You could do all of this with your phone and an LLM, but the seamlessness of this process and not having to tie up your phone for recording is a plus. Also, the PLAUD desktop software works great for virtual meetings. The only criticism is that the magnets on the belt clip were stronger. Even if it was just a basic slide-in holster, that would work better. My NotePin has fallen off many times..

I wear my Plaud on the lanyard at all times and simply press and record. I can dictate thoughts or a memo and have it transcribed and sent to my email as a Word document (.docx) or sent me as notes/meeting minutes if i prefer, depending on how I am using it.

The item works. It's a little quiet but it does what it is supposed to do. There is a learning curve involved and the monthly fee is a little crazy.

The Plaud helped organize a very important workshop by taking notes that were very applicable and succinct. It downloaded into a very usable format. I highly reccomend this product.

Works so good. Organizes great. I love it! Only problem is that I wore it once outside while I was sweating and then it stopped working. I’d love it even more if it was built to wear at all times and not so fragile to something like this.

Not what I expected, will not do what I need, requires a subscription. the eula has clauses that are of concern regarding privacy and sharing.

Great product, fast, clear transcription and good system

THIS IS THEW BEST WORK TOOL I HAVE EVER HAD AND I WONT WORK WITHOUT ONE

Super cool ability to record and organjze your day. Very useful for notetaking in professiona environment

I bought this item to record and transcribe, but I still have to purchase a subscription which does not make any sense. I am going to return this item.

I love it. Use it when on calls with companies to make sure theyv follow thru with what was promised during phone call.
