As a dad who don't have a lot of space in home, I love how compact this can fold when not in use. To have the pedal mount fold to the seat completely, I had to use different screw holes for pedal mount, otherwise amazing experience. Comfortable, sturdy structure. Love the adjustability of position and angle too.

This chair is surprisingly sturdy. I've used it every single day since I've assembled it, including over 20,000 sim-racing miles logged, and I'm impressed with its durability, adjustability, and comfort. It isn't the most robust solution on the market, and I'm beginning to see where a full-profile rig would offer more adjustable options for length/height of pedals, wheel-base, and back/seating position, but for the price, and for someone just starting on their sim-racing journey, you can't really go wrong. It'll teach you a ton about what is important for ergonomics and will ably support many wheel-bases you can throw at it, plus there are after-market modifications that can be made to it if you want to get into direct-drive wheel-bases at some point.

For a foldable cockpit, this is obviously the de facto gold standard. That isnt to say its perfect. The wheel deck has a bit of flex, which is to be expected, but competing products from NLR have now found ways to minimize flex. They dont fold as nicely and easily as the Challenge, but its worth pointing out. Another personal con for me is the height of the wheel deck and the back head rest. Both are non-adjustible, and both are fairly uncomfortable for me as a smallish person (i am 5’ 7”, skinny build). Overall great foldable, and an improvement over the original Challenge.

This folding driving sim seat offers a genuinely fun and decently portable solution for racing enthusiasts. It largely does the job of providing an immersive driving experience, especially considering its ability to fold away for storage. However, there are a few areas where the design could be refined. The gear teeth that hold the seat in position are prone to slipping if you don't ensure they're thoroughly tightened. This can be a bit of a hassle when you're trying to get comfortable and settled into your racing position. Im sure this could be considered user error, but it honestly feels like its good and tight, only to slip upon sitting down. Similarly, the pedal base screw locks can be tricky. It's difficult to tell definitively if they're secured in the correct slot, and I've experienced them slipping during intense braking, which can definitely break immersion. Finally, while functional, the wheel mounting base does exhibit a noticeable wobble, which can detract slightly from the feeling of precision while driving. Despite these minor frustrations, the overall experience is positive. If you're looking for a sim seat that you can easily set up and put away, and you're willing to be diligent with tightening its various components, this seat is a solid contender that delivers on its promise of fun and portability.

A solid cockpit for the money. Only downside is the mounting for many types of pedals. I worked around this issue by bolting the shifter bracket to the pedal mount for my moza sr-p lite pedals.
