This game is too much fun and I bought it digitally through Best Buy dropping me a redemption code for steam.

Great fun! Missions take 20-40 minutes which is perfect. Best with a team but can be played alone or with random people.

Everyone complaining because they haven't even been able to get onto the servers needs to understand that the devs of this game were not planning for the immense popularity this game received. At peak we are talking hundreds of thousands of players at any given point in time. That's surpassed APEX Legends, God of War, Destiny 2, and Starfield. Just think about that for a second... it's been a few weeks from launch and the player base has surpassed ALL of those games in their peak and the numbers are only continuing to CLIMB! The servers reach capacity almost daily because of the sheer number of players worldwide that are dying to play this game. And the team at Arrowhead is less than 100 people, and not all are even Devs, so have some patience. It will all be worth it once they iron out the server issues. So with that said now for the review: I've logged about 20 hours on this game and I can say it is one of the best games released in recent years. It's a great PvE game style with satire, wit, and destruction. I haven't been itching to play a game so much in years. It brings me back to the old PS2/PS3 days of great gaming, just with modern graphics and destruction. The universe totally immerses you into the gameplay and meeting other players in this game has built one of the coolest fan/player base I haven't seen in years. The soundtrack for dropping in gets me hyped up every. single. time. It never disappoints. The chads in the back room crying about repetitiveness and replayability- look at every other Battle Royal game they're playing that blew up the last ten years and sit down. The missions are the same, but the gameplay and route you take to succeed are NEVER identical. The co-op mechanic is one of the coolest features of the game that leads to hilarious "Only in Helldivers" moments, along with some of the most beautifully cinematic combat sequences you'll see in a modern day video game. And the cherry on top is that ALL major DLCs will be FREE. You read that right. F R E E. Name any other game out there priced below $40USD that isn't charging for their additional content. They don't exist. The only in game currency you spend real world money on is credits to buy armor or the season pass for unlockables that in no way shape or form change your gaming experience. And at an affordable $40, I felt zero guilt tossing another $20 in for the season pass. That's still cheaper than the $70 blockbuster titles that have less replay-ability. Now for the cons. The big one is obviously the servers. But im not even mad about it. Im happy this game got so much hype. This is an amazing problem to have as it will only mean more growth and better expansion for all of us. Other than that, there have been a few minor bugs joining friends ships, or getting booted back to your ship while dropping into a mission but that was in the first week and I have not had that issue since. Overall, this game is worth every penny and I have zero buyers remorse. If I could buy it for you to prove a point that this game is worth it, I would. I cannot wait to see what is in store. This is a review to best buy. The name of this product is “PlayStation PC HellDivers 2 Super Citizen Edition- Windows [digital]”. One would think that this game is downloadable on your playstation because they so conveniently titled this product as such. I waited about 5 minutes for the email to come, I open it and it brings me to a link which brings me to another link where the redeem code is viewable. It’s a 15 alpha-numeric code. Playstation voucher codes are only 12. This product isn’t FOR PLAYSTATION. IF THAT IS WHAT YOURE BUYING THIS FOR, DON’T. NOW I GET TO BUY THE GAME TWICE. THANKS BEST BUY. It says non-returnable but I better be getting some money refunded for that!
