I love how user friendly and simple it is to set up. I’m able to scan hundreds of photos and documents in a fraction of the time. Highly reccomend investing in this photo scanner!

I scanned a whole album of my mom and her best friend's trip in 1978. They were so impressed by the quality of digital photos. A tip for people who are considering buying it: This product comes with two software programs. You may want to edit photos right after scanning a bunch of them. If all the photos have been scanned and saved to HD without editing, you will need to use the second software to edit them one by one (just like me), and it will take much more time.

Overall I like the Z300, itʻs compact and fast. As excepted it trades scan quality for speed. I have boxes of family photos that have a few gems buried away, however scanning on a flatbed didnʻt work for me. Now the Z300 zips through without any jams and displays the photos using the included application. The app is very basic but helps me spot the "keepers".

Previously I had a flatbed scanner, which I used to scan photos. I have hundreds and hundreds of pics to scan and organize. Previously, each scan took 20-30 seconds. Now I can scan a photo in 2 seconds! Wonderful!

I love this scanner. I can quickly scan a lot of photos in a short time. The quality of the scanner and the photos are better than I expected. This was a fantastic purchase. Not only can photos, documents, and receipts. The scanner gives you choices on modifying the scan for lightness and darkness. You can create directories and save it all. It just doesn’t get any better.

We had to make a 90th birthday video. Most of the pictures of our Dad were very old, fading, washed out color and many other defects. this Scanner repaired them all and made them look amazing. The Scanner program it easy to use. Load in 1 to 20 pictures and it scans a picture almost every second!

This is totally worth it if you have 1000 plus photos to scan like I did. It allows you to scan several pics in a short time. I have been using it on and off for well over a year now since I have thousands of pics over 30 years. You can edit the pics with the software that comes with it. And you can name the file by date. So if you have a packet of pics developed in June of 1990, you simply put in 1990-06 and let the software do the rest. All photos scanned will be 1990-06_001, 1990-06_002 etc, etc

This was bought as a second attempt to copy our childhood pictures. It Easy to set up, easy to use,excellent results.

I got through 2k pictures in one afternoon. The quality of all the pictures was amazing. Now I can have my closet back, fill up my photo frame, and share all my images with my family and friends. Best tool to digitize all your old photo albums.

Love this scanner! It is quick, very quiet, and handles all different types of paper and photos! I was able to easily scan kids elemetary school projects (on really heavy paper) as well as photos printed on photo paper. Scans are clean and crisp. Also, it allows you to choose file type. I've also been looking for a scanner for legal size pdf's, and I finally have one.

I LOVE this thing! We lost a lot of our photos in a house fire, but for those that survived, we'd decided to archive and share them by scanning them. This is so easy and works just right for what I needed it for. Recently I decided to use it to scan receipts for filing. I just change the format to PDF and file those away to make them easier to locate later. I didn't find any difference between the 300 dpi and the 600 dpi, so I just run it on 300 because it scans a lot faster. All in all, great purchase. Already recommended it to someone else.

Very effective and scans very fast. Input over 700 pictures in less than 2 hours. Picture quality and adjustments are user friendly.

I bought this scanner so that I can scan/digitize the thousands of pictures that I have. For the most part, I'm happy with this scanner! I haven't mastered the editing features yet. When I bought this, all I was interested in was a high quality, easy to use scanner and that's exactly what I got. There is a nice sheet included that provides quick and easy details on how to start scanning. It's nice-looking and feels pretty sturdy and good quality, but it's not too heavy.

Very easy to use! Makes transferring pictures a snap, have done over 100 photo albums—would highly recommend! And of course, Best Buy had it in stock, very easy to do business with.

This product is great. I had 2000 family photos in albums. It's extremely easy to use and the quality of the pictures is great. Photos scan very quickly. It is very easy to edit the photos. My old yellow ones look so much better now.

Love this scanner. Bought for a project to scan thousands of pictures quickly...can scan 250 pictures in 25 minutes, a far cry from scanning on my 3-in-1 printer, scanner, and fax machine where I have to lift the cover for each scan. This scanner allows you to continuously insert pictures (no cover to lift) until you have scanned 50 pictures at which time you will have to save it on your device! Saved me lots of time!

Overall a good product. Bought to scan old pictures. I have had a little trouble with a few of the pictures I've scanned being crooked in the scanned picture even though they were scanned straight. I think it is the 'auto' features trying to correct certain things when scanning. I assume something in the pictures have triggered it. Have scanned again and usually is correct the second time. Also have had an issue occasionally of having a line in a few of the scanned pictures but usually scan again and most are fine the second time. It is definitely a more efficient scanner since the pictures can be fed through instead of placing on a flat bed scanner.

I am using it to scan in photos from before digital photos were availeble. It is easy to set up and easy to use. Makes scanning many photos a breeze! About 3 seconds per photo then easy to save them to a folder on my laptop. This is exactly what I was looking for! I LOVE this scanner!!!
