You need to know if your laptop can even support 32gb also need to know what speed of ram your laptop supports also ddr3 or ddr4 3200, it’s not just simply an upgrade. Contact manufacturer with model and they should be able to tell you these details.

Plug and play.
Works great! Basically plug and play. The one memory chip goes in with the logo up. The other under the black protection paper goes in upside down. There was no configuration to deal with. On my ASUS tuf laptop. The i5 version.
