A good quality 5070 card, but 5070 itself, nah
The 12 gb vram is a scary limit. On my tv (4k 120hz), I could see it stuck on that limit, which is why I returned it. But I guess most people would use it with a 2k monitor. My main monitor is a 2k one, but 12 gb barely cuts it now. Lot of games with 2k ultra go above 10gb very easily, so I had to return this and get a 16gb card. The card itself is quite nice! PNY is lesser known, but the card build was solid, it performed better than avg 5070s on 3dmark (it should! these are oc cards), and barely makes any noise compared to my cpu aio.

Powerful GPU with Great Value
I recently upgraded to the PNY GeForce RTX 5070, and it’s been an excellent decision. The performance is outstanding — I play demanding titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Elden Ring, and Red Dead Redemption 2 at 1440p with ray tracing and DLSS on, and the frame rates stay consistently high and smooth. Thermals are well-managed — even under full load, the GPU rarely goes above 65°C, and the fans are surprisingly quiet. Build quality is solid, and installation was quick and easy in my ATX case. I also use this card for video editing in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, and the CUDA acceleration has made a noticeable difference in rendering speed. ✅ Highlights: • Excellent 1440p and ray tracing performance • Quiet and efficient cooling system • Reliable build quality from PNY • Great for both gaming and productivity tasks If you’re looking for a high-performance GPU without going all the way to a 5080 or higher, this 5070 offers one of the best performance-to-price ratios right now. 6700xt to 5070 big uplift In performance!
I recently upgraded to the PNY 5070 and I’m really impressed. Coming from a 6700XT, the uplift is huge—not just in raw performance but also in the overall experience. NVIDIA’s drivers are a lot smoother and more reliable compared to what I dealt with before with amd, which makes a big difference day-to-day. The card itself runs quiet and stays cool, even when gaming for long sessions. Overall, I’m really happy with the switch. If you can get it for $549 or lower then id recommend, anything more then $549 then no and wait. One thing worth noting: make sure to check CPU benchmarks on "YouTube" to see if your processor might bottleneck the card.
