Q: Does this need external power or can use the PCI slot inside the desktop?
A: 6 pin external power from psu.
Q: I have cyberpower pc with intel graphics would i be able to switch that out with this card?
A: First you have to make sure your system has a pcie slot then you have to make sure you have an extra 6 pin connection. It will occupy 2 slots because it is not low profile and when it's installed it will overide mother board graphics then you go to nvidia for specific download and update for your computer, install nvidia experience it will scan your computer and update to specific card and will check out your games for best play
Q: is this graphics card compatible with the Dell Inspiron 3910 Desktop?
A: Probably, but you have to do the work to make sure. I installed one of these in a Dell Inspiron 8940, which is also a compact desktop. PNY's website shows a length of 6.69", so you'll want to open the computer case and measure the length where you'll be installing it - it needs to go into a PCIe x 16 slot. You also need to make sure you have one 6-pin power connector available. See pages 24-26 of Dell's service manual for the 3910.
