Excellent remake for some nostalgic fun or bringing new generations into the franchise and getting acquainted with the Sinnoh region.

Changes to the original but pretty okay, Arceus was a better buy

It’s an ok Pokémon collection. I’m playing the diamond and seems fine. The price was kinda high for both of these but other than that all good. I hope the Pearl isn’t the same game. Like back in the 90s when they had blue red yellow. For the gameboy. All those were the same game lol. I ended up buying all those as a kid though. Only way I knew they were all the same. You get two codes for a 100 balls in this pack and the two games. No foldout map. That would of been nice for a box set like this. Maybe next year.

The Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl Double Pack is a must-have for any Pokémon fan. The remastered graphics and updated gameplay make the classic Sinnoh region come to life like never before. The new features, such as the ability to rotate the camera and the updated controls, make the game even more enjoyable to play. The addition of new events and characters adds more depth to the story, making it even more engaging for players. The Pokétch, a watch-like device that allows players to access various features and information about their Pokémon, is a great addition to the game. The double pack is an excellent value for the price, giving players the ability to experience both games in one package. It was a little glitchy when it first came out. Overall, the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl Double Pack is a fantastic way to relive the nostalgia of the Sinnoh region while also experiencing new features and improvements. It's a perfect game for both old and new players alike.

Love when Game Freak takes another shot at some of the classics. This game was just as fun as I remembered and it was so nice being able to play on the switch.

Bought the game as I hadn't finished the original back in the day for DS. Was surprised by how beautiful the game is, possibly prettier than Sword and Shield, and more stable. Although it has fewer Pokemon compared to latest games, since this is a remake of an older game with smaller pokedex, they are varied enough. I love the beautiful artstyle. Chibi like character models add to the nostalgic feeling, and it is awesome to walk around the open world with one of you pokemon following you. Animations are better than ever, with characters having more facial expressions, reflective surfaces everywhere, and gorgeous landscapes with cloud shadows, accompanied with lovely catchy soundtracks. End game (no spoilers) is amazing, adding competitive level challenge for diehard fans of the series. Online integration is more seamless and intuitive than Sword and Shield's making battling and trading online much easier and painless. Underground exploration and base building are more interesting too than the dynamax raid battles from Sword and Shield, where all you could do coop with friends was a battle. Now you can explore caves, customize bases, and dig together. ILCA definitely handled this remaster well. Bringing a classic back to life, and pumping up the hype for new games. If you are even remotely interested in Pokemon, this game is a must.

Thank You Nintendo, this is a great game and a great remake, just as fun as I remember, this game has a lot of great things going for it, the first and best thing I will say is that you can't shut off the experience share, this does not make the game easier, it makes it more fun, there are lots of random battles, the underground is extremely fun, lots to do, the pokemon in the underground get stronger every time you get a new badge, double pack comes with a code for 100 free pokeballs for each game, with come in handy I never had to buy a new pokeball till I beat the game, the only things I have to say that are bad is that the daycare doesn't give your pokemon any experience, there is no game corner, and 999,999 is your max amount of money you can hold and I had that by the time I finished the sixth gym in the game, I highly recommend these games, don't listen to anyone that says these games are bad, these are great games,

Always been a Pokemon fan since i was a kid. These games are fun and definitely entertaining. Although the last masters are very difficult to beat requiring you to build a team and go back. Hours of gameplay for sure.

I remember playing the DS version of Pearl, and I knew I had to give this a try. Got the two pack for me and my Girlfriend to play. Absolutely a thrill to play and definitely a trip down the nostalgia road.

My wife and I play each version and we are having a blast. I love these remakes the greatest change is the underground itself! I spend most of my time in the underground and cannot get enough of it!

These games are remakes of Pokemon Diamond version and Pokemon Pearl version that were released for the Nintendo DS originally back in 2006-07. Taking place in the Sinnoh region, these games follow the traditional formula of starting out with a starter Pokemon, going through the 8 gyms in the region, conflict with Team Galactic, etc. I enjoyed the game a lot, especially since I played the original Pearl version and felt nostalgic. These games stick with what worked in the past and improves on the the formula. The dual pack here comes with physical copies of both games, and also codes to get Pokeballs in the games to make things a bit easier for you.
