The Pokémon ME2 Phantasmal Flames Booster Bundle set is the kind of product that makes you say, “I’m only buying one,” right before your shopping cart exposes you as a liar. This little 2 box set is a great quick rip for anyone who loves Pokémon cards,and the emotional roller coaster of ripping sealed packs. The packaging is clean, easy to open, and just dangerous enough to sit near the register like it knows exactly what it’s doing. I picked it up thinking it would be a small, responsible purchase. Five minutes later, I was carefully opening packs like I was defusing a bomb made of hope. The Phantasmal Flames theme sounds dramatic, and honestly, it makes the whole thing feel more exciting. Every pack has that classic “this could be the one” energy. Maybe you pull something amazing. Maybe you pull a card you already have six copies of. Either way, your brain immediately says, “Interesting… we should test this scientifically with another bundle.” The 2-box bundle is perfect because it gives you just enough packs to have fun without fully admitting you’ve entered goblin collector mode. It’s great for kids, collectors, players, or adults who claim they are “just checking what’s out” and then somehow leave the store with Pokémon cards, sleeves, and a snack they did not plan on buying. I also like that it makes a fun small gift, stocking stuffer, reward, or impulse buy. It is not a giant box that requires a financial meeting with yourself. It is just a nice, simple bundle with enough excitement to scratch the pack-opening itch. Overall, this is a fun little Pokémon pickup. Good packaging, fun packs, and plenty of “maybe this one has the hit” suspense. No pulls are ever guaranteed, but the experience is always entertaining. Would absolutely buy again, mostly because I have no self-control and Pokémon knows it.

Great price and great pulls that came with these boxes.

Bought it for $200 and it went on sales no more than a week later for like $130. Called costumer service they couldn’t price match to because it wasn’t sold by best by but from another seller through best Best Buy. I won’t be buying anything like this again because they won’t honor the price match.
