I had a terrible experience with Blue Proton and would strongly advise others to be cautious. I ordered Pokémon Japanese packs, and the tracking showed the package as “delivered in mailbox,” but I never actually received it. When I reached out to request a refund, my messages were repeatedly ignored. There was no real effort to investigate the issue or help resolve it. I even tried going through Best Buy since the purchase was made through their platform, but they also failed to process a refund or provide meaningful assistance. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for something you never receive and then be left without support from either the seller or the retailer. This situation shows a serious lack of accountability and customer care on both sides. Buyer beware: if your package goes missing or is marked delivered incorrectly, don’t expect a refund or helpful customer service. Completely unacceptable experience.
