Was super excited to add a digital copy version of Pokémon Silver to my 3DS. This is the original Pokémon silver version not to be confused with the remake Soul Silver for DS. Works like any other digital game, and if you’ve played any of the older Pokémon you know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised to find out the code also comes with a free Pokémon Silver theme for your 3DS. It’s a simple theme with the old original 8bit Pokémon Gameboy music, but it’s a nice freebie.

I like that I was able to buy this at the store so I am able to get points. Plus get Celebi.

As a Nintendo classic it is one of the best Pokemon games today however I was disappointed in the free background for the ds with the physical purchase other than that I would reccomend

Pokémon Silver is the best game in the series. If you have a 3DS you should have it

I’ve never played Pokémon Silver previously, I have Pokémon soulsilver and I really enjoyed that game so I thought I would try this classic game out! It’s pretty fun and I enjoy playing it on my 3DS, recommended! Great buy, have a great day!

I own the remake of this game on DS, but this is a perfect way of experiencing the game in its original form. I still need Crystal version, but I got this especially since it came with a free Celebi at the time!

I loved playing Pokémon gold as a kid and it was a blast. Pokémon crystal was way better with added features but gold was still a great game with my favorite Pokémon exclusives.

If you love Pokemon, I would recommend playing this one.

Fun and quick to download from the 3DS store. Allows you to relive your Johto adventure and even transfer pokemon you catch to US/UM with Pokebank.

Pokémon silver and gold are probably the greatest Pokémon games ever made.
