Q: When can we pre-order this product?
A: They had preorders up about a week ago for everything but the tins and booster bundles whoch lasted a few hours. The booster bundles and tins were instantly sold old. The stock comes in randomly and sells out pretty much immediately so you'll have to be lucky to check at the right time. Bots are going to be a huge problem with this set. Good luck.

A: This is a very common occurrence with all pokemon tcg products. I can absolutely sympathize with this and I’m not sure I have a solution but I think this is valid. I would like to see a membership system where you can order guarantee product rather than risking employee or scalper collusion. I think this would allow kids to get guarantee product as well just needs to be a verified account and in store preorder that is limited per account no matter what store they go too.
A: I think the membership idea would apply to this as well. If you have a membership that guarantees preorders and orders and limits it to only verified accounts and no matter what stores they hit they can’t get more than the limit. This ensures availability and enjoyment for all
