Hi there, Sorry to hear about that! If photos are blurry, that would mean the camera was held too close to what you were trying to photograph but if photos stopped ejecting, that would be something we can help with. Please contact usa [at] polaroid [dot] com and we can help you.

I bought this one for my niece I was very excited for this purchase but unfortunately my niece and I we are very disappointed , the quality of the pictures is very cheap and all the pictures are all super dark u barely see the objects unfortunately I could not return it because she lives out of the country
