Poor Quality and Lack of Support

In less than a month the round top of the popsocket came off. The adhesive did not hold for normal use. I asked Bestbuy on for an exchange. They denied because it was past 15 days. I emailed popsocket directly on two occasions with no response. I spent $60 for something that broke in less than 30 days.

This case is very good at protecting the iPhone 18 pro max. I’ve dropped my phone multiple times now and no scuffs, scratches nor cracks anywhere.
