PopSockets - MagSafe PopCase for Samsung Galaxy S Series, with Customizable Graphic Case Insert (digital code) - Clear

This product is not compatible with my phone, a Galaxy S23 Ultra. The description vaguely refers to compatibility with S23 and S24 phones, but to know what's actually available, you have to order the actual product on the PopSocket website, which you can't do until you've already purchased it here. And as a customized product, they apparently won't refund it, even if you never actually order the incompatible case. I only found this product by searching the Best Buy site for S23 Ultra cases, and this was one of the first results. So, while it's true that the fine print of the description doesn't commit to compatibility with my phone, I feel rather cheated. My attempts to reach Best Buy customer service over this were unsuccessful, as I was cut off unexpectedly in my only text chat with a possible human, and all subsequent attempts were routed to a truly incompetent chat bot. Cannot recommend this product, and absolutely would not recommend Best Buy for any customized product, or for any product found by searching their website. Maybe it's worth the risk for items you have independently researched elsewhere, but in this case I feel cheated out of $40 for nothing.
