Not as advertised

At the moment i have to give one star. First time the wrong item was sent. The second time the correct item was sent, but it is advertised that it comes with 5000 already installed games and there are not any on the console. Reached outnto customer service and have yet to hear back from them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
