We had three attempts to have an install done and the installers did not show. There was issues between Best Buy and Pacific sales with their third-party installation company. After a frustrating two weeks we finally got it installed and they did a good job on the actual day they showed up, but would caution making sure that the installation is going to happen as we took three separate days off to be here for it with no-shows.

Installation of a SubZero Refrigerator and Wolf Oven. Both were done with a very professional crew. Some modifications were necessary and they were done timely and were very tidy.

When our last fridge, GE Monogram, quit on us our search began. We consulted our service technicians and the sales staff. These days most brands don’t last as long as our parents’ appliances unfortunately. Sub-Zero seems to be the exception, fingers crossed. Once we purchased our Sub-Zero, we scheduled a pre-install inspection to make sure our cabinet opening was the correct size. Next up was the installation…the guys were very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly and no damage was done to the floors or ceilings. The fridge was properly installed, leveled and secured. The guys cleaned up, made sure that everything was working properly and we were completely satisfied.

Very professional and polite. The delivery day was pouring rain. Would have been easy for the installers to not be to pleasant, that was not the case. All were pleasant to work with including our sales person Chris.

Total incompetence on the install for all my appliances i bought. The stove top installation horrible . The double oven same thing. The refrigerator just totally incompetent. Sent a person to measure still got it wrong. Left & took my bottom plate on my refrigerator & never returned it. Attached is the picture

I tried to give zero stars but apparently that is not an option. AAction Appliance installed a range so poorly that the oven shorted-out the second time I used it. The installer came back and insisted he had done it correctly and the oven was broken. In fact, he used the wrong gauge wire (too thin), failed to ground it or install up to code, and we ended up having to get our own electrician to come and fix it.

Overall, installers were courteous. One group complained a lot about the challenges of the job. Neither team cleaned up well after themselves. Left fingerprints and smudges in appliance. Didn't clean up around where they were working, either. Seems to track with the service industry post-C19.

Whatever team that the Thousand Oaks Pacific Sales Manager gave us was doing a great job in installing our newly purchased kitchen appliances. We need them to come the second time to make sure the oven range to be flushed against the wall after the backsplash tiles were done. They went out their way to make it happens which our contractor could not do it. Thank you for taking the extra step to make it perfect.

Had them install a large built in fridge and remove existing one. Took their time and were extremely careful and thoughtful. Even built a ramp to bring up 2 stairs. They were kind and chatty as well which made the experience even better. Highly recommend.

My new Subzero Refrigerator/Freezer is everything we wanted in a quality appliance. My new GE Profile dishwasher is extremely quiet. The installation team did an exceptional job as well. I will go back to purchase more appliances since the service was stellar.

Wonderful installation. The men worked hard and skillfully removed the old and brought in the new through a challenging tight entry. Very personable and informative. Highly recommended!!
