Ive had this canner for about 4 mos..its so awesome! I can't imagine not having it. Ive canned everything from meat to soups. It warms the jars(can't skip that step), and has a cool down mode. Its fantastic. If u like to can and need to do it some where other than your stove this is the canner for u. It comes with a step by step cheat sheet that makes it easy to use. It also waterbaths. Highly recommend it.

Great purchase in the Covid age! Read the instructions and then once you get in the routine, it works well...kind of slow but works well.
