This is the first Prevention workout DVD I've ever used so maybe on some other DVDs they actually go over alot of the step sequences used in this DVD, but frankly I was very frustrated the first frew times I used this. In fact, up to this point, I've only tried one of the three different workouts on this DVD for fear I'll get even more frustrated than I already am--I've done the accelerated workout several times (and even though I STILL shuffle along trying to do just something in some places) I at least know some of it--I fear I'd get more ticked off if I tried any of the other ones that I probably also wouldn't know the step sequences and would once again be left in the dust. Chris Freytag is a pleasant instructor, but I wish somehow she could incorporate more step instructions in this DVD--she just goes right into different steps like I should automatically KNOW/read her mind what these step sequences are. I will admit I am not the most graceful and coordinated person, but I had no problem with the Leslie Sansone Walk Off the Pounds DVDs--she at least gives you some instruction about the steps that you are going to be doing.
