    Game changer

    Let me start off by saying. Yes it is frustrating to get it set up and running smoothly. But once you get the kinks out of the way with some help from tech support, this printer works like a dream. Definitely a game changer for those looking to move past weeding vinyl. Ive recommended this printer to others i know that make their own shirts or would like to start up a small business. Ill for sure be buying other products from procolored.

    Disappointing Experience with Procolored

    I purchased a Procolored DTF printer for around $3,000, expecting a reliable machine for my business. Unfortunately, the printer did not work properly right out of the box. After multiple attempts to troubleshoot with their support team, the issue was never resolved. I ended up returning the printer, but the experience got worse. Even though the machine was defective from the start, they claimed it had ink damage during shipping and refused to issue a full refund. I only received $2,000 back, meaning I lost $1,000 on a product that never worked. Customer service was slow and ultimately unhelpful. Instead of standing behind their product, they shifted the blame and avoided taking full responsibility. If you're considering buying from Procolored, I would strongly recommend thinking twice. A company’s true value shows when something goes wrong—and in my case, they failed to make it right.
