I got this toilet in March. The first seat stopped working in April, not even a month after the purchase. The replacement broke in June. That replacement broke in December and I just got another replacement that stopped heating the water after the first day. The issues differed depending on the seat. The nozzle wouldn’t extend in one, the heater would stop working in another, there was a leak from the third seat that we couldn’t pin point. Twice, the customer service attempted to have me pay for shipping the seat for repair, wanting to leave me without a toilet. When it works, it’s great but it just doesn’t work for long. It’s a $1600 toilet that broke multiple times during the very first year of usage. At this point I’m pretty certain the second warranty expires I will be required to start paying for replacements - you can’t just buy another seat, this whole thing becomes useless. Don’t buy. Find someone with extensive warranty.

Let me start by saying my biggest regret with this purchase is that I did not make it sooner!! This toilet is lifechanging, and has gone beyond my expectations. I am not sure why every manufacturer out there doesn't make a toilet seat as wide and comfortable as this one, but once you sit on this one, you will never want to sit on an ordinary seat again. The different cycles and settings make for an even better experience. You will feel "clean as a whistle" after using it! Finally, It was simple, user-friendly, and quick to install and use. If you have come this far and are reading the reviews, don't hesitate any longer!! Buy it!!

Easy install, working great from bidet function to heated seat. So far no issues with water overflowing.
