Thermador comes with 2 types of handles, masterpiece and pro. In my opinion Pro is the best option. While we can argue about the look of 2 options, Pro has an unmistakable feel to it, solid and beefy.

Our freezer broke because the repairman from Thermador did something wrong and blew out the system. We were able to order a new handle to match our other appliances.

nightmare!!!!!!!! after nearly 17 months and (3) refrigerators in & out because of damaged goods, missing parts, failed installations by third parties and bad coordination by BestBuy order finally completed.
