The pull-up bar at the top is the widest point on this equipment with the two angled tips of the bar being 45 inches apart. The straight part of this pull-up bar measures 26 inches from each point where it connects to the stand. The backrest padding is about 11 inches wide. Each horizontal bar reaches out from the backrest area about 20 inches to the front handles. Measurements from the inner edge of the right arm rest padding to the inner edge of the left arm rest padding is about 22 inches. This arm rest is approximately 56 inches from the floor. A: Try switching the legs. You'll have to take it apart but it was pretty fast. I think the legs are marked left and right when looking at it from behind, like you're standing on it. That's how the pull up bar would fit for me. Once we switched the legs it went together easily.
