I liked the elliptical. My boyfriend and I put it together in 1-2hrs. The elliptical itself seemed to be a good quality. I did not like the handle that went out on the top it was too spaced apart for me( i am not short, about 5´5¨) but I would have preferred if the arms arms/handles went inward. iFit on the other hand was inconvenient. There were no filtering workouts, you could pick up in the workout series where you left off, you would have to go find it again(which I believe has been updated). It overall just wasnt user friendly but I believe they are working on it.

I’ve owned a few different types of ellipticals and this one is my favorite. The IFit membership included was a plus it’s very motivational. Comfortable enough to exercise on just a pair of socks. Good powerful fan. The resistance is very powerful. It’s a good purchase

Purchased for my husband, its his 2nd one, this one is kicking his behind, the only thing the girl that sold it, told us it had a 7 in screen, and it has a 5 inch, but so far its really a nice one, quiet!

The elliptical was delivered when they said. The assembly was fairly easy with the instructions given, a little time consuming but that's to be expected. Definitely have help when putting together, machine is heavy. It came with 1 year free membership to ifit. ifit is great, a lot of different options for exercise and not just for the elliptical. You can add up to 4 other people on the one membership. The only downside is the machine does not have many preprogrammed exercises. When ifit membership runs out you either have to reup your membership or have limited access to exercises.

The main reason we picked this elliptical was because it had a built in fan and I run hot. This elliptical has been great so far and came with a year free of the iFit subscription that has all kinds of workout videos. It comes with some built in without the subscription too.

Not too bad to put together and pretty quiet when it runs. Can’t hear it in the room above it so that is great.

I'm so tired of this machine. I cant ride it more than 5 minuets without the bolts coming out the leg joints. I've tried replacing the screws with new ones the company sent. My wireless wouldn't wouldn't connect to it, literally 20 inches away from my router. The constant wobbling even though its on a flat surface. I'm just dissatisfied with this machine. Customer service is great.

Good workout machine. Gets the job done. Saves time going to a gym.

Great price from Best Buy for a super exercise product!! I have to get a electrician in my place to convert my electrical outlets in my exercise room from a 2 prong plug to a 3 prong plug that is grounded

Love how smooth it operates. Great options on screen. Lot of apps that are available.

This is exactly what it is advertised. Great range of motion. The ifit videos are good. They have beginner videos all the way to expert. I had to spend time to figure out which ones to start first since there was beginner ones and basic mobility. just so you know if you're new to elliptical workouts you should do basic mobility first..

Been using it for little over 6 months and we're loving it and the complimentary iFit program is even better.

this is awesome and works great. no issues yet. just wish it had a ipad holder

Great workout machine, definitely recommend this elliptical.

I got it home and put together without issue but after 5 days I had to return it. For $1300, I expect everything to work without having to email Proform twice for assistance, which were never responded to. My issues, the fan would not turn on and the max heart rate that could be indicated was 80bpm when my Apple Watch showed 140ish. I really wanted to like this but the lack of support from the manufacturer meant returning.

It works exactly as advertised! So far everything is running smoothly and I haven't had any issues.

It was super Equipment I will be spending minimum one hour daily.

The customer service for Pro Form was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I also purchased the Geek Squad coverage, and that coverage was a complete waste of money. We needed a repair, and it was nearly impossible to get it done. I will not buy another Pro Form product.

It is piece of Junk. Save your money. I had Geek Squad assemble it for me yesterday. the elliptical started falling apart when I tried it this morning. I called best buy for help, their agent said that they do not handle returns nor repair. and asked me to call Geek Squad. Geek Squad responded saying that is not their problem and I should contact Best Buy. P.S on my account it says the elliptical is returnable
