The ear piece is so comfortable. I can still hear whats going on around me. It also helps when I am in loud concert environments I am still able to hear my team and have been able to relay information in a much easier way. There is less interference from loud crowds and my voice is clear across the radio. The extra clips placed in convenient places allow the wires to be tcked away and hidden.
