The ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat ½-inch creates a large, comfortable and durable surface for workouts and exercise equipment while protecting your floor. The interlocking foam mats are made from thick EVA foam which absorbs impact and noise during workouts and provides a soft surface for ground exercises like push-ups, crunches and yoga movements and weight lifting workouts. Easy-to-assemble interlocking foam floor pads when put together covers 24, 48 or 144 square feet with end borders for a clean, finished look. Each tile is ½ inch thick from the highest point of the texture. It comes in five color options and is great for garages, fitness rooms, gyms, children’s play areas and other hard floors.
