This machine looked impressive, sturdy and high quality, so I was surprised that it quit working after two dozen uses. Each session was 10-20 minutes long so that averages out to be only 3-4 hour before it stopped. It has a double corded charger, so it’s possible only the transformer part quit working and not the mask itself. I’m attempting to contact the manufacturer.

I initially planned to wait a bit longer to see results, but I’m already noticing subtle improvements. I followed the instructions and started slowly, using it every other day and switching between light settings for different benefits. The only minor downside is that it puts a bit of pressure on the eyes. While it has an adjustable strap, the mask is a little heavy, so I recommend lying down during use to avoid any pulling or tugging around the delicate eye area. I’ve found it’s perfect to use during my 20-minute meditation or relaxation time. Overall, I’m really enjoying it!

Mask it a little uncomfortable, strap doesnt stay attached, proportions are off for me. But it works well and I think I can see some pretty good results already.

I had high hopes for the Pure Daily Care Luma LED Skin Therapy Mask, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. The mask is ridiculously oversized for my face, which makes it difficult to wear comfortably. It's rigid and doesn’t contour well to my face, causing discomfort during use. While the 150 LED lights and the 7 advanced light wavelength modes are a nice feature, I found it hard to fully appreciate them due to the discomfort of wearing the mask. The different modes, meant for various skin concerns like acne or wrinkles, seem promising, but the mask’s rigid design made it difficult to focus on the treatment itself. If you’re looking for a more comfortable and wearable LED mask, this one may not be the best choice.

I like it. It is just very uncomfortable. Hurts my eyes and forehead. And my head is not odd shaped in case tou are wondering!

I was excited about this mask, however, I returned it because it is too large for my face and it is rigid. I tried it once, and had a lot of difficulty getting it into the right position and getting it to stay. The fact that it is rigid makes it impossible to adjust to your face and it caused me a lot of pain as I had to secure it tightly. I worried about protecting my eyes since, as I mentioned, it is rigid and doesn't stay in place or conform to your face. The strap is in the upper part of the mask which made it slip off my head. You have to plug it in and the cord is not that long so you are restricted when using it. Lastly, it doesn't come with instructions on how to use the mask or the hyaluronic acid serum. Are you supposed to use the serum before, during or after? I didn't know and had to search the internet to get an idea on how to use the mask. It's too bad that it is poorly designed because I really liked the concept. Also, the mask came unsealed, which made me wonder if it had been used.

I have only had this for 3 weeks. I’m very happy with how relaxing it is. I see some results especially around my eyes I am going to be 64 and I’m just trying to soften some wrinkles

This mask is heavy and the strap doesn't stay on. I have to hold it on my face until it stops. That is very inconvenient. I didn't open a box until a month ago I wish I had opened it earlier I would ever turn this.

Honestly a great mask considering the price tag. The mask had multiple light color options and intensity settings. I’ve used the mask for both the blue and red light and I feel I have noticed a difference in elasticity and less acne.

I got this for my father on his birthday. He uses it faithfully 3 times a week as directed and is enjoying the results he is getting with it.

Uncomfortable on face. Tried a few adjustments and I tried it laying down as well as sitting up. Just overall to uncomfortable to wear. It easy to use with the wired remote. It lots of lights for all over coverage. Will be returning for a different option.
