Great cool mist humidifier. Has 2 mist levels which is convenient, as well as a nightlight option. Easy to fill

I've been using this humidifier every night, and overall, it really helps me sleep better—no more waking up coughing or feeling like my throat is dry. I definitely notice a difference when it's running; the air feels more comfortable, and it’s been a big relief for my respiratory issues. However, the downside is the cleaning. It tends to develop mold surprisingly fast—sometimes in just a day—which means I have to clean it constantly to keep it safe and hygienic. It’s a bit high maintenance in that sense, and I wish it had a design that made cleaning easier or resisted mold better. Still, the health benefits make it worth it for me. Just be prepared to stay on top of cleaning it regularly if you plan to use it daily.
