I bought the"3 in 1 LED therapy scalp and hair" and the cap wasn't able to close and wasn't dispensing any oil. I contacted customer service at Pursonic and i sent pictures, video of the broken item. They received them and Pursonic said they will send me another one and they never sent it. So do not waste your money on this item because you'll be buying at your own risk. I'm not happy about this item at all because it's useless.

Bought 2 , one as a gift . After reading instructions and allowing to charge. On the 3rd day of having it sitting in my chair & having a clean hair and brushed head hair I proceeded and on the 5th pass the entire thing fell apart in my lap. I’m 70 not 17 sad to say it’s not worth buying ! Very disappointed cause my hair thinning needed help.
