If your teeth are already sensitive, expect some discomfort unless you adjust to smaller usage. If you wish to try we suggest , use less gel (don’t overfill trays), shorten wear time at first,use a sensitivity toothpaste (like potassium nitrate).and skip a day if you feel discomfort.
