Did not feel comfortable around the neck area. Needs to have a larger opening for when it is snapped. Also did not reach very far on the back/shoulder area,

Our office is extremely cold, and a space heater is out of the question, but this is the perfect answer! It is so comfortable on my neck, shoulders, arms and back, and drapes perfectly to not get in my way or fall off. I may buy a 2nd one for backup...just in case!

This works as described and I like that.the snap keeps it in place and I also like the flap for the back of my neck that needs the heat as much as my shoulders.
