I bought this to test out smart rings and i love it. I track my steps and sleep daily, even hourly, and monitor my daiky routine and this has made me much more aware and active! The ring lasts 8-9 days and it only takes 2-3 hours ro recharge it for the next week. The app is great and informative and I absolutely love this Qalo product! The ring covers are also a great feature to wear when working out and swimming.

I really like the slim, lightweight design of this smart ring, especially the shiny finish that gives it a stylish look. It’s great that it tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, and my female health without requiring a monthly subscription. The included charging case and silicone covers are nice extras, because the covers are great when I'm at the gym so I don't scratch the ring. Having multiple days of battery life is convenient, so I can just charge it in short bursts when I shower since I want to wear this while I sleep to get the data. I would make sure to check the sizing chart carefully since the fit is different from regular rings. If I had bought my regular ring size it would not have fit. Overall, it seems like a convenient way to keep track of your health without having to wear a bulky smartwatch all the time. Complimentary item.

I absolutely love this ring! I wish it was a little slimmer, but I understand that it can't be because of the computer in it. Other than that, it's great! I have a lot of medical issues and I actually work three stressful full time jobs. It's been nice to document my stress levels and look at my sleep patterns. My doctor has appreciated being able to review the info related to my heart rate and stress levels. I also have seizures and monitoring my heart rate during my seizures has been super helpful! Tracking my menstrual cycle has been revealing, too. The battery also last quite a long time. I can get 4-5 days out of one charge. A+++ Complimentary item.

Its a little thick for my ring finger. Recommend putting it on a longer finger. Its pretty accurate over. The sleep feature i would say about 80% correct. The thing i love about it the most is that it tracks your cycle and days pregnant!! I dont have to calculate anymore i can just look at the app and it tells me exactly how far along I am. Its easy to update and charge. Lasts days between charges. Overall i would recommend. Complementary item.

I like this smart ring better than my smart watch. The main reason I got it was to track my sleep, but my watch is way too bulky to wear at night. The battery life is great; it lasts about 3 or 4 days, though I haven't let it die yet so I'm not totally sure. It’s definitely worth the money, and I bet it works just as well as the pricier ones.
