I have only used the radio and played cassettes and it’s been working perfectly. Obviously the speaker is not giving excellent quality but if you’re like me and looking for that nostalgic sound/feel quality then this product is great. It is a bit fragile because of its made of plastic but for the price I don’t complain.

Great small audio cassette recorder for the money (they are hard to find! It also has an FM radio and other extra features I have yet to use. Able to record and play back on audio cassettes. I was also able to use with an external speaker for amplified sound, but does not require this to listen with. There is a headphone jack also. I have never had such easy accurate instructions for a product!

The QFX cassette recorder replaced an old SONY which stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised by all the features in this unit. It comes with an AC adapter. It has a USB input that allows recording from tape to Zip drive and also playback from the Zip drive. It also has an auxiliary input for recording from an external source. The instructions also indicate that it has an FM radio that can be used for play or recording to either the tape or Zip drive. The sound quality for a small inexpensive unit was good. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

We have the replacement cassette player now. The first one the buttons broke within 6 months. But it plays well and my husband like it very much. So except for the button seemingly breaking way too soon, we are happy with it.

This is a good little unit if you don't mind something a bit on the cheap side. I had purchased this for the sole purpose of digitizing my cassette library. The cassette deck market is very small these days, and most I've found are either super cheap or super expensive and not a whole lot in between. This one is on the cheap end, but is doing decent work for a very low price. The buttons came unlabeled and they're a little hard to push. The playback sound was very muffled at first, and I thought it might be something defective, but after a little poking around i found the playback head was just terribly dirty. After cleaning it with a alcohol swab it sounded a million times better. I had originally bought it thinking that the USB was for line out recording, but was disappointed to find that it's just a line into the unit for playback/recording. The Bluetooth is also only for line in and not for line out recording. It is beyond me to think that someone would buy this in order to playback through its builtin speaker. It does have a 3.5 stereo line out for recording, All in all an, an OK unit for getting my old tapes digitized and the price was right, its just not how i had envisioned having to do it.

The process from order to receiving was what was estimated the function of the cassette had one flaw the record button would not engage so it will not record. Would recommend it if you would be satisfied to only play and not record.

I love this retro player! I was able to listen to very old cassette tapes that I hadn't been able to play before. The machine works smoothly and the larger size makes it more solid.

I actually haven't had a chance to use this yet. My current car has a cassette player, but my next car won't. This device will allow me to play my old cassettes, of which i have hundreds, in my newer car. Using various electronic ports in the car, I can play my old cassettes through my newer cars speakers.

Took me a little while to remember how these work - not that I'd look at directions, but fairly self-explanatory operation. The recorder will not work on the electric outlet alone; you must put in the batteries with the electric. It's been a huge lifesaver for my purposes so far. I'm very grateful that BB carried this very challenging to find item. I look forward to trying the advances functions with the USB and Bluetooth. Very satisfied with purchase.

I absolutely love my QFX cassette recorder. It's easy to use and my cassettes sound awesome when playing them. I would highly recommend this cassettes player to anyone. This is the best cassette player I've ever owned.

I cannot review the quality of this item, because it was broken when it arrived. The lid that holds the cassette in place was broken

You can listen to your old cassette that you have for many many years

I had over 200 cassettes that my parents left me at our home when they passed. I didn’t have a cassette player to play them as theirs did not work anymore. I found this one for just cassettes ,plays great ,love it , glad I found such a “retro” product. Thank you

Best value for the money.This item takes me back many years to simple electronics. Perfect gift for someone that loves nostalgia.

The recorder presents like a child toy, I expected a better quality more sturdy product for the price I paid. I was also charged twice for the produce, and when I reached out to Best Buy, I was advised I would have to seek a return from my financial institution. Also, when making a purchase, make sure they didn’t imput a warranty that you didn’t ask for this also will present challenges when attempting to get a refund.

Reminds me of the one I had growing up. Now I can listen to old tapes. Fun.
