This was a really fun movie for me to watch, especially since I remember the Ramona books fondly from childhood. This would be a great movie to watch with kids, either before or after reading any of the books (but especially Ramona and Beezus).

it started out kind of corney with ramona day dreaming or has wild imagination but once they started cutting those parts out the movie actually got better..loved all the characters! i would actually watch it again!

Nice wholesome movie with a great storyline for young ladies. Movies like this are rare in today's world. Refreshing.

"Ramona and Beezus" is the best movie adaptation of a children's book I have ever seen. Both adults and children will enjoy it. The movie is completely wholesome while never bland. The actress who plays Ramona is perfect in the role. The screen play is true to the book and captures Ramona's great imagination and quirky personality as well as the loving warmth of her family and the ups and downs of the sisters' relationship.

My son's teacher read a lot of Beverly Cleary books in class so when we came across this movie, we both wanted to see it. It's a cute, fun movie!

I like almost all movies with cute kids as the leads and this was no exception. Animals also help make movies fun; its too bad Picky Picky died but they gave the cat a nice head stone.
