A: When you go to the store they don’t have it either was released on 9/30 but no product, no way to call store directly and no way to actually schedule they will lose profits on this one
A: I live NC, i scheduled my appointment on Oct 20th (on Meta website for Best Buy), they had NO earlier appointment. So i just happened to go to the store on Oct 6th, they had a Meta rep and the glasses there, he did a demo with me, got sized and I ordered the glasses that day, they had no glasses in store, they are on back order (till December) but he says theyll prob come sooner then expected

Our goal is to have everyone’s exact size and color combo in stock. However, due to demand, there’s a chance your preferred SKU may not be in stock at the time of your appointment, which could explain why you haven't received your confirmation email yet. If the store is sold out of your preferred color and size, you’ll be added to a waitlist and notified as soon as it’s available. We hope this information is helpful. Thanks!
A: Hey there, Yes you can indeed get your prescription lenses added to your Meta - Ray-Ban Display & Neural Band. Simply express the desire to our in-store reps after completing your demo and they will guide you further. It's important to note that the Meta - Ray-Ban Display & Neural Band only support single vision prescriptions. We do not support Bi-focal or indeed progressive lenses.

In order for you to be able to purchase a second pair of Display glasses you will need to go to a store in your vicinity that is an authorized retailer of the Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses, as the Display glasses are only available to purchase in store.
