Look great, but defective

As soon as I tried to set it up it would not let me get thru the tutorial where it shows you how to record a video. After several different attempts to set up, all I get is “glasses camera unavailable” and I only had it a week

We hate to hear that your new glasses are hitting a roadblock right out of the box.
Getting a "camera unavailable" error during the initial setup tutorial is definitely not the experience we want you to have, especially only a week into owning them.
Since these were just purchased, the quickest path to getting a perfectly working pair without any wait is to take them directly back to the original retailer for a quick exchange or return.
