The Meta glasses exceeded my expectations. They look just like normal glasses, but the smart features are genuinely useful. The sound quality is clear and surprisingly loud for open-ear speakers, making them great for calls, music, and podcasts without blocking out the world around you. The camera is very convenient for quick photos and videos, especially when you want hands-free recording. Setup was easy, and pairing with my phone was fast. Voice commands work well, and the controls are simple to use. Battery life easily gets me through the day with regular use, and charging is quick. Overall, these are comfortable, practical, and fun to use. If you’re curious about smart glasses but don’t want something bulky or distracting, these are a great choice.

Having just purchased the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses (Gen 2), I can confidently say they live up to the hype—and then some. The immediate impression is that the quality is truly perfect. Ray-Ban has refined the design, making these feel like premium sunglasses first and smart tech second. They are remarkably lightweight and comfortable enough for all-day wear, easily blending into my daily aesthetic. The build quality feels robust, a significant upgrade from previous generations, offering a durable feel that justifies the investment. But where they really shine is functionality—they work perfectly right out of the box.

So first, the good; as sunglasses they're comfortable and they do the job. The AI is actually really good, and you can choose a couple of different voices for responses. With the recent updates, the AI is a bit more intuitive and sounds like you're having a conversation with the real human sometimes. Battery life seems to be pretty good and sound quality is very good when either using ai, listening to music or on phone calls. You can do everything hand free by just saying "hey meta" including taking pictures and video. You can also have meta upload your last picture or video taken directly to Instagram or to whatsapp. Camera quality is actually quite good and somebody's recent updates have increased the low light picture quality as well. It's really nice having the ability to take video from a POV without having a break out your phone or a camera. It makes life a lot easier if you like to do stuff like that. Now the bad; I am currently on my 4th set of meta Wayfarers. (More on that in a few minutes.) I started with a Gen 1 set, used them heavily and about 6 months later they shut off and never turned back on. Yes they were fully charged, they just powered off and died. I'm a total member so I was able to get a replacement, and I opted for the Gen 2 Wayfarers. Fun fact; with the Gen 1's you can do live video directly to Instagram or Whatsapp. (I think you can do it with Facebook live as well but I'm not 100%). I discovered after spending the extra money on the Gen2's that they had removed the ability to live feed to social media. Not a big deal but still a bit irritating. Apparently the Gen 2 have a better battery and subsequent better life, but I haven't really noticed anything yet. Photo quality is much better as well as video and you have the ability to shoot in 30 FPS or 60 FPS. Low light quality is much better than the Gen 1,'s. My first pair of gen 2s started acting up at the two months mark. Even when fully charged, they would randomly shut off. Again, total reward member so swapping them out was easy peasy. My third pair lasted for another 2 months, and then the same issue started happening; random shutdowns and stay off for a while, and power back up. rinse and repeat. Swapped them out yet again and I am now on my fourth set. We'll see how long these last. I'm at a month and a half, without issues but that doesn't mean anything. Stay tuned.

These glasses look great and feel comfortable enough to wear all day. The camera quality is impressive for quick photos and videos, and the audio sounds way better than I expected for open-ear speakers. Calls are clear, voice control works smoothly, and battery life easily lasts through the day. Perfect mix of style and tech.

I’ve been using the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses for a while now, and honestly, they’ve fit into my daily routine better than I expected. But for what they’re meant to do—make everyday tasks more convenient—they do a really solid job. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for something practical, stylish, and easy to use. They’re one of those things you don’t realize you’ll use so much until you actually have them.

They have been used non stop. Had some second thoughts with this purchase at first but now I’m not regretting it at all. They fit and feel so good. Video quality is amazing on these glasses.

The Gen 2 Ray Ban Meta glasses delivered good video/photo quality.Playing music from Spotify or iTunes sound really good. I really like the Meta AI feature in the glasses.The meta app works really well with transferring video and pictures from your glasses to phone.I recommend them as a good buy if your on the fence about purchasing.

The translation is very slow they could make that quicker. The battery life is not very long at all. And they definitely need to be more waterproof. Other than that, I like them.

A little expensive but well worth it for the features! The audio and microphone quality is fantastic, i got these for work and they are consistently lasting my entire 8 hour shifts listenijg to music with minimal charging. I didn't know what to expect when I purchased these Meta glasses because I knew so little about them. Wow! They blew me away with how amazing they are. A few simple steps on the Meta app and you are up and running. You can simply say "Hey Meta" and ask it just about anything from weather reports to facts or you can say take a photo or take a video. You can tap the button on the glasses once to take a pic or a long press to take video or just say "hey meta". You control the volume with a swipe on the side arm. I connected to amazon music, and I can simply say "Hey Meta play Michael Jackson songs" or whatever. The photos and videos are stored in the meta-app and you import them into your phone photos thru Wi-Fi. Another cool feature is live translation. I put on a Spanish speaking channel and told meta to translate to English and she translated everything with ease. Very cool! The meta-app is fun too, you can use the AI software to make fun photos and stuff. The battery is very long lasting, I had them on all day and the lowest I got to was 75%. The case charges them for you. Don't hesitate, these are such a cool thing to have!

I bought the Meta glasses for my boyfriend and they honestly exceeded our expectations. He was excited the second he opened them and has been using them every day since. The battery life is solid, they connect easily to the phone, and the overall experience feels really smooth and modern. If you’re thinking about getting a pair for yourself or as a gift, I definitely recommend them. They’re fun, practical, and actually something you’ll use every day.

Honestly I am so impressed with these. I go to a lot of outdoor events so I get to use them as shades and to take pictures/videos. My favorite was listening to music while fishing. The sound quality is amazing and the photos and videos are so good. I’ll post a pic taken with the RayBan Metas.
