I’ve been using the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro for the past couple of weeks, and it’s hands down one of the best gaming mice I’ve ever tried. The 35K sensor is insanely accurate, and paired with the HyperScroll Tilt Wheel, it’s perfect for both quick flicks in FPS games like CS:GO and smooth scrolling through long menus in open-world games like GTA V. The ergonomic design is super comfortable, even during long gaming sessions, and it feels like it was molded for my hand. The Chroma RGB lighting is gorgeous and syncs seamlessly with other Razer gear, but it’s more of a flex than a functional feature. Battery life is solid, and the wireless connection feels as fast as wired, which is a big win. If I had to nitpick, I’d say it’s on the pricier side, and the scroll wheel can feel a little too free at times, but that’s personal preference. Overall, it’s a beast for anyone looking for a top-tier gaming mouse with pro-level features. Definitely worth picking up if you’re serious about gaming!

I’ve really enjoyed using the Basilisk V3 Pro 35K. The weight feels just right, and the clicks have a nice feel and sound. I also like having so many programmable buttons. The scroll wheel is another great feature since you can switch between smooth and tactile scrolling depending on what you’re doing. The battery life has been great so far, and I rarely have to think about charging it. My only complaint is that the high-polling wireless charging puck and dock aren’t included. The mouse is perfectly fine without them, but I think Razer should offer a bundle with everything included. I have large hands and it is an average size mouse but I wish there was a way to adjust the palm height like the omen mouse does with a spring platform. Overall, it’s a great mouse and has been worth the money for me.

Previous mouse: Razer Basilisk Ultimate Reason for purchase: needed a replacement since the scroll wheel was overshooting and rebounding, right click switch was not maintaining input on hold action. Didn't have time to try to RMA. No other mouse fits my hand (thin, long fingers) the way this one does. It works for me in a lighter half-claw-grip configuration, but a larger mousepad facilitates elbow-centric movement. The thumb rest is perfect for preventing friction with the mousepad. It also allows me to use all 3 side buttons comfortably without bending the final joint on my thumb uncomfortably. The scroll action feels way better than the Basilisk Ultimate, and can keep some good momentum when flick scrolling. I have never had a scroll wheel that functions properly and consistently, so this is refreshing. I do not personally use sensitivity switching, but I think it would be easy for someone who does. Battery life is noticeably better, and not just because it's a new mouse. I would recommend turning RGB off altogether to save battery life. My single biggest criticism for this product specifically is the lack of dock included. You can however use the mouse while it's plugged in. The upgrade to a usb 3.0 from the micro usb was a good choice. We will see how the side rubber holds up. After 3+ years of use of the previous mouse, there was major rubber grip wear on either side. Razer software could use some responsiveness and stability improvements, but otherwise works fine.

This is one of the best Razer mice on the market. Works excellent, feels amazing in the hand, great build quality, and lighting is on point. Quick connecting and ready to go. Also works well with all RGB softwares.

When I was looking for a mouse this one fit my hand well, and was a clear choice. It’s a little pricey, but well worth it and works great with other razer hardware!

Overall, great mouse. It's heavy at 160+ grams, but I like a heavy mouse and was my main driver for selecting this model. If customization is important to a person, it's got plenty of that and is relatively easy to use. It does need charged every day, though, so be prepared for that.

Fantastic battery life and put together nicely, the thumb rest is really what sets it apart, zero input lag at all!

This wireless mouse is incredible! Definitely better than my old one. I’ve had zero connection issues and love the customization on it. Glides soo smooth on my mousepad too. The thumb holder makes it extra comfortable. It’s a great mouse for small hands too. 10/10

Love the shape and how it fits in the hand, holds up well when playing games that require high amounts of CPS. The pulling rate on this mouse is perfect for every day use and playing any type of game. The variation of colors and options on the razer synapse app is amazing and really gives me full control over all the coloring I want to do on my device.

Replaced my mx master and steelseries mouse for this one. Best of both worlds as it has the infinite scroll and secondary function switch for productivity while having 8k polling for when a game is launched.

Absolutely beautiful gaming mouse. Previously had the Razer Pro Click V2 which was also great but this won me over with its amazing design.

Excellent mouse, very good upgrade over the original V3 Pro. Most people won't have need for such an extremely high DPI sensor, but it is nice to have. When the mouse is paired with its wireless charging magnetic dock, it's a phenomenal peripheral

The Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K I still remember the moment I picked up the Razer Basilisk mouse years ago at Best Buy. Fast forward about 7 years and the Basilisk V3 Pro 35K has arrived. The Basilisk Pro 35K is the perfect blend of ergonomics and weight distribution in my hand. *Design/Build* Weighing in officially at 112 grams it might not be lightest mouse in the gaming category but it's light enough for my hand. In my opinion, I like a little bit of weight for better control. It measures about 1.5" x 3" x 4". There are rubber grips around your thumb and smooth plastic feet (PTFE) on the bottom that help it slide around. This is clearly built for a right handed gamer. The mouse just feels comfortable in your hand, and the materials, spacing between buttons, and overall design seem as if they've taken an already great design and fine tuned subtle improvements. There's an RGB soft glow (not the obnoxious bright RGB) around the outer edge of the mouse, and RGB lighting effects on both the scroll wheel and Razer logo. *Features/Specs Connectivity - Wired/Wireless/Bluetooth are all available on this mouse with the switch of a button underneath. Sensitivity - The Optical Sensor Gen 2 hits up to 35,000 DPI. This will allow accurate movement on a variety of surfaces because you're not always going to have the mousepad available when you're traveling. Buttons - There are 3 buttons on the left side including a clutch button. The clutch button is a clever addition. It slows down the sensitivity if you're trying to dial in a click. Picture trying to perform a headshot and needing that split second of accuracy where you typically hold your breath. The clutch helps you hold your breath and deliver that precision shot. Smart Reel - I didn't expect this feature to work as well as it does. Smart Reel switches between a fast scroll and a tactile scroll. For example, you might be wanting to fast scroll through a webpage and you can feel the wheel switch to a smooth spin traveling quickly down the page. Then you can quickly adjust to a slow precision spin and it will track a slow, firm, tactile movement. Smart Reel switches back and forth with ease. Chroma RGB - We're all familiar with Chroma and it's all customizable. *Software* Synapse 4 is a very comprehensive software application used to customize anything from button functions to lighting to sensitivity. After connecting the Basilisk Pro 35K you will immediately see all of your buttons displayed. Customization is endless. Synapse makes it easy by offering a left frame of every possible feature. Some examples of customization include changing the lighting effects and colors, rebinding a keyboard combination to one of your mouse keys, or adding a Windows shortcut to a button. Synapse even allows you to customize when it enters power saving mode or what battery percentage you want your mouse to enter low power mode. *Performance* Battery life is phenomenal between charges. On wireless you'll get approximately 140 hours, and on Bluetooth it increases to 210 hours. This will most likely give you 1-3 months on a single charge depending on how often you game. This mouse is all about being smooth and precise with a wealth of buttons at your fingertips. It's so smooth you will most likely forget about the mouse in your hand which is precisely the point. I'm not sure how long the rubber will last on the sides but it feels like it's durable. I loaded up a couple of FPS games and the Basilisk just cruises right through them as if it was made for FPS. With the endless customization you can dial in custom bindings and save them to specific games. Imagine playing one game with custom bindings set to each button, then loading up another game with a completely different button configuration. There's a hypershift button that you can think of like a shift or function keys on a computer. Hypershift allows you to add even more custom button bindings or shortcuts. Overall, performance was what I expected from the Basilisk, exceptional. The clicks were solid and the mouse moved perfectly on every surface from tables to desks to mousepads. *Pros* *35K Sensor *Most ergonomic mouse I have played with *Synapse software is near perfect *Long Battery Life *Bluetooth/Wireless/Wired *Also great for productivity (School/Work) *Needs Improvement* *A little heavier than its competition *Rubber grip could wear out sooner than the rest of the materials The Basilisk V3 Pro 35K keeps getting better every year. The main difference I see with this year's mouse is the sensor upgrade and battery life. There's not much else that needs to change regarding this mouse because it's tried and tested, and it feels natural in your hand. In my opinion, the standout feature is its ergonomics. Coupled with the Razer Synapse software it's hard to beat. I recommend to all gamers, but also to the casual gamer that spends as much time gaming as they do with work/school.

I hold Razer in high esteem and have high expectations from their gear. Which makes reviewing gaming devices made by the company a bit harder. The bar is high and this refresh of the Basilisk V3 Pro wireless will have to compete against what is currently my favorite mouse, the Razer Viper Ultimate. Both are wireless and both offer similar options. Let's see how this updated model fares compared to the latter. The mouse comes in the always great looking packaging Razer has been sticking with for years. It includes the mouse, a USB dongle, a USB adapter which can be attached to the provided Type-C cable and a literature. And yes, there are stickers inside. The Basilisk is slightly heavier than the Viper, which isn't a bad thing per se, I imagine that the battery is likely bigger, adding to the weight. The design is ergonomic and the textured surface makes it very pleasant to use, even during longer sessions. The Basilisk V3 sports a good amount of buttons to use and thanks to the app, most of them can be reassigned to other functions. The RGB lighting is subtle yet very nice and it doesn't seem to affect battery life that much if at all. The heart of the Basilisk is its 35k DPI Gen 2 sensor which makes this one of the most precise and fastest mice I've ever had. If you add smart tracking and motion sync technologies to it, you have a strong contender for the best mouse in its price range. But that's not all the Basilisk can do. It comes with a tech called Hyperspeed Wireless which allows for low latency response. And let's not forget the different scrolling modes which allow you to find the perfect experience tailored to your needs. Charging can be done using the included cable and doesn't take a whole lot of time. The "puck" allows for wireless charging. So you can pick and choose according to your desktop space what works best for you. After a week of using it, I have tossed my Viper and replaced it with the Basilisk. For good. It just performs amazingly at every task. Not to mention that the Synapse app from Razer is great and makes it easy to set your mouse up the way you want it. Note that the wireless dongle also seems to allow other Razer devices to use it, saving you a USB port. I wasn't able to test it as I like my keyboard wired, but it is a welcome feature. No, it's not perfect, but pretty close to it. It's probably the best wireless gaming mouse in its price range. It's solid, well designed and very, very fast and precise. If you're in the market for an excellent gaming mouse, then go for the Basilisk, you won't regret it. Recommended!

After using all kinds of controllers and dealing with stick drift, I decided to try the Razer Mouse. I'm really impressed with the speed and aiming. I've even improved my own record! 82-15!!! Wow! I'm very satisfied with this purchase!
