Went in store for this purchase, wasn't even fully set on Razer but it's what I've been using since 2013, so I've been very loyal to their range of mice. Have owned the 2013 orochi (lasted over 6 years!), 2019 deathadder, 2020 naga trinity, and recently added this one to my roster! I was looking for a quality, low-priced, wireless gaming/school mouse. RGB would have been nice but I don't miss it (they didn't have that one in store). I tested all the wireless mice in store for quality: corsair, logitech, steelseries, hyperx, and razer in store. This one or the new orochi were my top 2 based on feel, and kept me debating in store for 20 minutes. The grip and feel (price too lol) were why I chose this one over all others. Also the orochi is a tad bit smaller. Ergonomics on this mouse are the best you can find for this price-point. Great grips on both sides which is what I was used to on my Naga trinity and DeathAdder. GREAT feeling scroll wheel too, better than my $90 trinity as well. Nice and firm scroll. Overall a great mouse and bluetooth is very fast. The other wireless adapter is provided in easy to remove top panel as well, where battery sits and adapter is in slot. By the way, a battery is included! You never see that these days. Anways, bluetooth wise, the mouse will wake up within 1-2 seconds after sitting dormant. Great bang for the buck, I really respect Razer's line of mice, maybe not all their products, but DEFINITELY their mice. Top of the line quality. I never feel scared buying a Razer mouse. Synapse software was already installed on my PC for me but might scare others when they first plug in the mouse. Clunky software but you can remove the annoying Razer popup when you start your PC in Razer's software settings. I use the software for programming DPI, very helpful. 1200dpi is my go to speed. 10/10 product from Razer. Great if you won't miss a little bit of RGB. Bought it for use at school since the school mice are always...bleh.. let's just say that. Definitely recommend this to someone looking for an affordable office/gaming/school mouse that's wireless.

I was hesitant to buy a Bluetooth mouse especially for gaming. But i really hate wires so I gave in. I’ve never had any doubts about my gaming skills being made from my mouse not translating fast enough. I love the thumb rest too. It’s super lightweight which if you like some weight to your mouses I don’t recommend, this thing weighs nothing. Not to mention the size, i have small hands (i’m a girl) and the mouse fits perfectly in my hand. I’ve had to change the batteries maybe twice and i use it everyday so to me that’s not so bad for the amount of time i’ve had it.

I've switched to this from a Logitech G502 Lightspeed. I went in to get a G703 Lightspeed to use with my laptop and play more competitively not knowing the Basilisk X Hyperspeed existed. With the extended holiday return policy I decided to give the Basilisk X a chance thinking I might run into something that would make me wish I had the G703 instead. It never happened. After dialing in my DPI preferences(need to install or use Razer Synapse), working with the Basilisk X has been just that good. I can't tell if there are any major differences between the optical sensor of this and the G502 but the Basilisk X is significantly lighter. If you are looking for a wireless mouse to use for FPS/TPS gaming and don't want to spend +$100, then the Basilisk X is an excellent choice. If you use any other Razer peripherals and already have Synapse installed, I would strongly recommend giving this mouse a shot.
This is a great mouse! The price is great. The feel is great. The software is great. Everything about the mouse is awesome. Setting the mouse up is no problem. It operates on 2.4 signal with a usb receiver that you plug into your computer, or if you take your mouse with you and forget the little receiver in the computer, the mouse has another option to operate over bluetooth. The mouse is wireless and comes with one AA battery. The dpi or cpi settings can be adjusted to a very high, or very low setting. The only bad thing I can saw about the mouse, is that it doesn't light up? Atleast..I don't think it does? Thanks.

I have the Razer Viper Ultimate. I love mouse for my PC but I needed a bluetooth mouse to use with my ipad. I was blown away by this mouse. Build isnt as great as the Viper Ultimates 10/10. I would rate the build on this a solid 8/10. But at $50 I am more than happy with it. Other than build, I cant say that I notice any difference between the two while using both. At over half the price this is definitely not half the mouse. I recommend this mouse to anyone. The bluetooth function fives you the ability to connect to more that one device. Even after using a handful of high end gaming mice, if this was the only mouse i had, id still be happy!

This mouse for my hand is perfect. My hands are 8.5 inches in length, so finding a mouse I don't have to claw is ideal for me. It has extra buttons on it that are easy access for me when I play games, and use the Razer Synapse Software it comes with to customize the key layout. Perfect for valorant, and other games with its high sensitivity for comp games.

Really a nice handling wireless mouse. It is a simple plug and play into your USB port and works flawlessly. Now I am partial to Razer products due to their design and build. This mouse feels good on my large hand, has a thumb rest and the software works! It can be programed and has 2 extra buttons. This is a Gaming Mouse designed for play, but works just fine for my use.

This is a great mouse for the casual gamer. Six programmable buttons, wireless, light-weight, and nice, long battery life from one AA batt. If I had any complaint, it’s that one button is directly behind the scroll wheel so not the convenient. I mainly use this for maps or inventory access. I’m not a hardcore PC gamer (I use a middle-of-the road laptop) so this is perfect for the price. Plus it’s decent for every day use too. Amazingly, it’s even lighter than my old 2-button mouse! I also love the Razer software that allows me to set up separate profiles for each game I play and maximizes my RAM before each session. The only problem is there are two different Razer apps that install and the software isn’t the most intuitive. It’s set up for more “intensive” gamers who have more than one Razer device. But, once you figure out the basics, it’s fine. All in all, a good value.

Smooth and responsive! The light weight makes it easy to use for extended periods of time. The response adjustability for DPI settings is really awesome. Definitely recommend this mouse.

Very precise mouse, light and durable. It has been my daily driver for more than a year and I have no complaints on it. I use it to play FPS games and general productivity and it hasn't let me down for once.

I like that this mouse is wireless, it has a scroll button along with 2 other programable buttons. It has a ‘off’ switch on the bottom along with a ‘2.4 & BT’ It doesn’t light up or anything pointless. But most of all I Love that it’s longer for my long fingers! And it has this dip at the bottom of the thumb so my thumb is now gliding about with the rest of my hand instead of being dragged. The thumb section is slightly grippy. I was nervous about spending so much on a mouse, but I find this mouse very comfortable and I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Great experience so far. Had this for a month now and was having a connection issues the first couple of days but an update fixed that. Haven't had to change the batteries since I got it. Perfect for FPS gaming. I mainly use it for Ovewatch 2. Other than that I use just use it for regular tasks. 10/10
